Brian brings over 30 years of investment banking and corporate experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private capital raises (equity and debt), restructurings, advisory and public capital market raises (debt and equity) working as a senior executive at several well-known energy corporate clients and investment banks. Brian enjoys working with clients to solve complex M&A and corporate financing objectives and is available to his clients 24/7 as he understands that his clients rely on Cadence to help guide them to achieving their goals and objectives. Brian and the Cadence team specialize in solving client's unique challenges to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Prior to joining Cadence, Brian worked for over 30 years in senior investment banking and corporate roles for including Janney Montgomery Scott; A.G. Edwards & Sons; Wachovia Securities; NorthStar Midstream; Inergy LP & Inergy GP; Blueknight Energy Partners and TransMontaigne. In addition, Brian previously served on the Board of Directors and head of the Audit Committee of San Antonio, TX based exploration and production company Abraxas Petroleum.

Brian holds a B.S. in Management and an MBA from Arkansas State University.
