Cadence M&A Advisors is a boutique investment bank, uniquely dedicated to advising the owners of privately-held, family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses. Cadence Co-Founders, Brian Glass and David Bowman, together have more than 50 years of investment banking experience and most recently led the growth of the lower to middle-market Mergers & Acquisitions effort for Wells Fargo Advisors from its founding in 2005 until 2021.

Brian and David formed Cadence with the dedicated focus of combining unbiased advice (free of the conflicts of interest that exist at most investment & commercial banks) with tailored and sophisticated transaction execution in order to create exceptional outcomes for their clients.
